These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to keep current stock lists on our website but from time to time there might be a difference in stock and at the time of delivery we will not be able to meet all of your orders. In this scenario, we would deliver the items available to you and email you if you would like to wait for the back-ordered item to be returned or if you would like a refund to be handled by us.

2. Shipping Costs

During checkout the delivery costs are determined on the basis of weight, size and location of the objects in the order. Charge may be received for shipment with the order. This amount would be the ultimate expense to the consumer for the delivery.

ACTPAL items that are not eligible for fast One-Day or Two-Day Delivery to your location, will always qualify for free Standard Delivery with no minimum purchase value. The Super fast, free delivery speed available for an item will be shown on the product page.

Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

ACTPAL will gladly consider returns due to a change of mind as long as we receive a request for refund within the amount of days specified by the service provider; delivery of the item and refund to us in an initial, unused and resellable state.

  • Return delivery will be paid at the expense of the customer, who will be expected to manage their own shipment.
  • Refunds will be collected after refunds are issued and approved to store credit for a potential order. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
  • ACTPAL can repay the amount of the returned products but would NOT repay the amount of any charged shipments.
  • Any product that has to be returned for refund / return relies on the vendor. That can range from 28 days to 45days
3.2 Warranty Returns
  • ACTPAL would gladly accept all legitimate warranty requests, provided the service provider submits a claim within the amount of days defined by it.
  • Customers would be expected to pay the return shipment in advance but we will refund you with a good warranty report.
  • You should expect ACTPAL to process your guarantee application within 7 days upon return receipt of warranty claim products.
  • If the warranty argument has been checked, you will get the option of:
    • refund to your payment method
    • a refund in-store credit
    • a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

General Terms of Return Policy

  • If the member is unhappy with the purchased Product obtained from ACTPAL, or if there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to and approved by ACTPAL at its absolute discretion after due verification), the member may initiate an application to return the Product on the Platforms.
  • When uploading an application for return on the Websites, the user will have the option to request a refund of the money he / she has paid to buy the Items.The participant would be allowed to provide a copy of the original invoice while making a refund or trade order for the Goods. The member shall ensure that the returned Product(s) comply with the requirements set out in this Return and Refund Policy and that, among other criteria, all packaging products are recycled, unwashed, and price tags preserved and recycled. Such product(s) returned do not bear oils, saliva, detergent or body odour. ACTPAL retains the right to amend and implement this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to supply the participant with a prior warning.
  • A member is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from ACTPAL. After placing an order successfully on the Platforms and after ACTPAL has successfully shipped the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as specified in the Delivery Policy), the member will obtain a unique tracking identification code, which will allow the member to monitor the delivery status of the Products purchased.Before the ordered Items are sent, should the member wish to cancel the order, the member will do so by referring to the member 's specific tracking identification number and demanding that ACTPAL process the cancellation by sending an email to [email protected] any case of termination, ACTPAL shall activate refunds within 2 ( two) business days from the date on which the Member submitted the request prior to the dispatch of the ordered Goods.The refund would apply from the date on which ACTPAL initiates the refund in the bank account of the member and/or ACTPAL Wallet of the member (as specified in the Fees and Payments Policy) within such an appropriate duration (subject to the policies of the bank of the member in the case of bank / credit card refunds). All refunds, except for refund to ACTPAL Wallet, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the member’s bank.

This will stave potential customers off further, contributing to declining prices and poor profits. A transparent return strategy is the perfect way to handle that.

While ACTPAL has made reasonable endeavors to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in the USA/global, currently, ACTPAL has a select list of areas where deliveries and collection can be undertaken by its reverse-logistics partners. In events where ACTPAL is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from the member, the member is required to self-ship the Product to ACTPAL’s warehouse. Upon self-shipping the Product to ACTPAL’s warehouse, the member shall be required to scan the courier/postal receipt to customercare@ACTPAL for ACTPAL’s records. The aforesaid return by self-shipping the Products is subject to the returned products passing quality check at ACTPAL’s returns desk/warehouse. The address of ACTPAL’s returns desk is:

In the event where the member claims to have self-shipped the Product in accordance with the process set out in the above section and ACTPAL does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty, the member shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to ACTPAL to prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment to ACTPAL. It is specifically clarified that any refunds or exchange shall be processed by ACTPAL only upon receiving the returned Products and concluding required quality checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the member, as the case may be.

3. Policy for late delivery

We deliver our packages mostly on time. But on rare occasions, it can take more than the expected delivery time. Please note that some areas may be excluded from delivery. You will be notified about this during checkout.

You may choose to have your order delivered to your home or an alternative address. In checkout, you can change the delivery address and/or add a new one.
